Introduction to Fishing

Have you ever been curious about fishing? Providing for your own family? Or is your husband fishing and you would love to join him but don't want to be the tag along? Or is he baiting your hooks, tying your knots - because you don't know? We got you covered!

This weekend is designed for you to learn to do "your own thing"! Choose your own rod, tackle, decide what species you want to catch and how to set yourself up for success. Tie your own knots and take care of your catch as well as meeting other women, socializing and having a laugh! 

We will be staying at the Tairua Campground which has some creature comforts, like a community kitchen, a couple of cabins to share, hot showers and proper toilets. Everything is pretty basic but that's all we will need :-)
