About the event
This workshop is focused on safe freediving practices, skills development, and sustainable kai moana collecting — giving you the knowledge and confidence to dive safely, responsibly while deepening your connection to the ocean. Come inexperienced, leave with friends, confidence, new skills and some goodie bags and some epic Give Aways!
We are creating a safe and supportive opportunity for women aged 14+ which is designed for all levels — from complete beginners to those refining their skills. Expect a non-intimidating learning environment, strong safety foundations, and the opportunity to connect with a community of adventurous, ocean-loving women.
We’re excited to run this experience in conjunction with Dive HQ Wellington, with Tyla as your instructor — a Specialty Scuba Instructor passionate about building confidence, safety, and ocean connection for women in the water.
